AmeriClear Insurance Agency LLC ("we", "us") offers a text messaging program for customers and prospective customers who opt in. By opting in through our website form or by texting us, you agree to receive: (a) non-marketing text messages about quote requests, appointment reminders, application and policy updates, and customer service, and/or (b) marketing text messages about our insurance products, promotions, and service updates, according to the consent you selected.
Opting out and getting help
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to [PHONE NUMBER PENDING]. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
